I am the Counsel for Alice COURTEY whose account has evidently been hacked. She has just filed a complaint regarding sexual advertisements made in her name.
She can no longer access her account death_503msn.com
Despite all the evidence she has sent you, you have refused to allow her to reclaim this email account.
This account was opened about 9 years ago, and some of your questions, such as "what is your favorite dish?", are too old for my client to remember what she provided 9/10 years ago.
We can provide you with: a copy of her identity card, her passport, her proof of residence, etc.
