Bluetooth pairs but does not connect.

My PC recently had serious issues with sudden slowness. I found that the problem was due to the disk running at 100% all the time. So I tried several things to fix the problem, and what worked was updating a bunch of drivers that had not been done automatically (I used software called DriverHUB).
However, since then my Bluetooth has stopped working. My computer can detect devices and pair with them, but it always shows this error message during the connection: "This operation failed. Please ensure your Bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again." The problem does not come from my devices, which work perfectly with my phone and have never had issues before. To fix this, I've tried many things: deleting the Bluetooth card and waiting for it to reinstall automatically, changing the Bluetooth-related service settings in services.msc (setting them to automatic and checking that they were working or restarting them), entering commands in the CMD window (as an administrator) that did nothing, basic techniques like deleting the device and pairing it again, disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth, etc.... I've exhausted all solutions found in tutorials but nothing works.
Thank you to everyone who can help me ????

Hello,
It's possible that your "DriverHUB" replaced the working Bluetooth driver with another version that doesn't work with that one... The BT version is really important...
-- How many devices do you have paired with your BT...? There is a limit, it's not eternal or unlimited; it's often around 7 or 8, maybe 9.
-- If you're unsure, you can remove one, restart your PC, and add yours that is no longer connecting, you'll see if it's supported... Or not?
There you go.

I don't know precisely, but it should be in "device management," you need to click on properties, or the control panel, or check your BT card in the PC, it should be written on it.
Here is a Microsoft description:
You have two paired devices now, but there may have been others in the past that could still be registered...? It's still possible.
-- Otherwise, you need to search for the device identification number in order to find its driver from the manufacturer.. see the method here.
and you communicate the answer here..
The brand and model and age of this PC would also be welcome, or its motherboard.

My computer is an HP EliteBook 8470p, I've had it for 5 years, but it was refurbished so I don't know how long it had been used before.
When my computer looks for Bluetooth card updates, it says that the version I have is the best and most suitable for it. It is the Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 adapter driver. Also, in the Task Manager, under "Other devices," I have "Bluetooth device" and "Unknown device" and I don't know where they come from; it may be related to my problem. Otherwise, I can't find which driver my computer is supposed to have if it's not the one it already has. I've also found the identification numbers of my Bluetooth devices but can't find which driver is needed for them.

I told you: you communicate the answer here... Yet, you claim to have found the identification number... and you don't share it...
And I can't find Bluetooth on this PC on the HP site...
You can use this driver sp75330.exe (hp.com)
You can also read this: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/bluetooth-drivers/td-p/7891160
and version 4 is old and may be incompatible..?
Another solution: add a USB Bluetooth dongle and use that.

I tried the new driver but it doesn't change anything.
My LMP is 7.8 (which corresponds to Bluetooth version 4.1, while I have version 4.0 if I understood correctly).
The identification number of my Bluetooth card is: USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1&REV_0112.
And that of my headset that I'm using is: BTHENUM\Dev_0452C7C42CB2.
I found several Broadcom drivers in 4.1 (driver update, controller several times), but these are zip files and I don't understand how to install the updates.

It seems that there are problems in Win10 with this BT
Watch this video in English. But it's watchable..!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-37bJ4cASd4
It explains how to uninstall... and then reinstall the Broadcom driver
Driver https://dl.driverpack.io/test/PROD_Start_DriverPack.hta
The ZIP file... https://dl.driverpack.io/driverpacks/repack/wBluetooth/Broadcom/FORCED/8110x64/12.0.1.1012/Broadcom-FORCED-8110x64-12.0.1.1012-drp.zip
You need to uninstall first... restart the PC... then install what you downloaded...
Here are the key points. Your turn.

I don't have Wireless Bluetooth in the network adapter like in the video, and the driver related to wifi like in the video is: Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205 (I don't know if it's normal that the word "Wireless" isn't mentioned like the guy in the video said). So I searched for "Intel HP Bluetooth driver Windows 10" since it's the brand of the driver related to Wi-Fi like in the video, but it didn't change anything. Then I searched for the same thing but with Broadcom instead of Intel and found nothing. Moreover, the "PROD_Start_DriverPack" you had me install is not compatible with my PC, which refuses to launch it, and the ZIP file doesn't contain any .exe to start the driver download. I tried opening all the files in it, but nothing can be installed.

Yes, I was kind of expecting your response. The video is mainly about the principle used; you have to understand that it's American..!! and also that Wireless refers to Wifi and not Bluetooth... so stick to what you searched for and your approach is good... However, in your photo, I think you have a lot of Bluetooth, maybe a bit too much... you might need to clean that up, perhaps even uninstall them (except for Broadcom_20702) before moving on to the new installation... and restart the PC.
It's the Zip file that needs to be used... you need to "unzip" it in a directory of your choice that you create specifically for that... and make sure to remember the name...
You restart the PC... and go to your "Device Manager"==>Right-click on==>Broadcom_20702...etc==>Update driver==>Browse my computer for drivers...==>Browse...==> and there, you'll look for the folder you created for the unzipped Zip file in question and then confirm or click "Next".... It searches... and normally finds among the files, the one that corresponds to your BT card for Win 10... and installs it...
If it asks questions, answer them as you see fit because I don’t have the same setup as you...
When it's done... you need to restart the PC again... and you should find your Bluetooth... I hope so.

Every time I delete my Bluetooth devices, they automatically reinstall themselves after a while (they are only visible in the device manager; in the settings, they are deleted properly).
Otherwise, the update didn't work; my computer thinks it already has the best version possible for it, and I've checked the driver version, which hasn't changed. I also tested the Bluetooth just in case, but still nothing.

Normally, with this way of installing drivers, Windows installs what it is told... and does not try to specify if you already have the best driver or not...!!!
Or else, you really need to uninstall the one that is already in place...
According to Broadcom, there are several types of BT installed on these types of PCs... But for yours, it’s this one that you need.. For your "Broadcom 20702" card
If you have visually checked the folders where these installations take place, you might try this operation manually in several ways...
Have you seen the card or chipset in your PC..? and what is written on it..?? you might need a magnifying glass..?
I also don't understand these numerous Bluetooth devices that seem to already be installed on your PC..?? as if there had been several different cards installed... Or, they don't exist, but you have tried several drivers that don't work, but are still there and disturb the real installation...
