A5 PowerPoint Printing Solved

Question

Hello!
I have a small problem; I would like to print a PowerPoint document in A4 format and I don't know how to do it at all. I tried to adjust the margins, but it's not working. Can someone please help me?

Hi,

If you go to File\Page Setup, you can modify the paper size at the top left and choose A4 format. Then you can make sure that the orientation is set to landscape if that's what you want...

Next, in File\Print\Properties, you can choose various options, such as the number of slides per page (to save paper, due to sustainability), again the paper orientation, and plenty of other things, it’s up to you to decide...

Now that you know how to do it, ask yourself if you really need to print this presentation... ;-)

I can't guarantee anything, but try going to http://www.conv2pdf.com, convert your file to PDF (it usually adjusts the format to A4) and if it's good, print the PDF.

Well, what I want is to print it in A5, not A4... thank you anyway.

Ah! I only read your first message ("I would like to print a PowerPoint document in A4 format"), lol;)

But if you want to print in A5, you can open your PowerPoint, go to print, select the printer, and click on properties; in the Format menu, you choose A5.

I think that's the best option; otherwise, sorry but I have no idea.

Otherwise, you do almost the same and select two slides per page, and then you take your little hands and your little scissors... ;-)

Alright, it will be a little smaller than A5, but is that really important? :D

I got it. I set the format I wanted in the printer properties, but I have to trim it again after printing because there are white margins all around!! Too bad!
