Bonjour,
j'ai constaté un ralentissement de mon PC depuis quelques temps
c'est très vague car c'est un phénomème qui affecte tous les ordinateurs après un certain temps d'utilisation
Plusieurs causes sont possibles :
- comme tu y a pensé, ca peut etre une cause logicielle, un virus ou malware occupe beaucoup le CPU : il faut identifier le responsable et s'en débarrasser
- ca peut etre aussi un ralentissement du à la surchauffe :
l'encrassement su système de refroidissement qui est inévitable, conduit à une surchauffe et le CPU ralentit pour chauffer moins
Vérifie le système de refroidissement (il faut l'ouvrir complètement)

Enfin, meme si tout marche bien, comme les applications sont de plus en plus complexes, un PC semble ralentir au fil des années, mais c'est simplement parce qu'on lui demande d'en faire toujours davantage :
dans ce cas, il n'y a pas de solutions, à part utiliser toujours les memes logiciels, ou changer de portable pour un + puissant
est il possible que ce ralentissement provienne des barettes mémoires
peu probable, sauf si une barrette est défectueuse, conduisant à une quantité de mémoire réduite
Pour vérifier si les différents composants de ton PC fonctionnent normalement, je te conseille CPU-Z

j'ai pas tout lu dans ce rapport hyper long (je t'avais demandé la photo des onglets CPU et mémoire), mais à 1ere vue tout semble normal coté RAM :
les 2 barrettes 2Go DDR3 1333 Hz sont bien détectées et tournent à 1066 MHz (limitation du CPU)
Seul souci éventuel, la quantité de mémoire assignée au Intel Graphics :

Ca te bouffe presque une barrette de RAM pour la puce Intel Graphics !
essaie de voir si tu peux réduire cette quantité de mémoire dans le Bios, si ce réglage est accessible
