Attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy any products on this site. Their customer service and after-sales support are terrible.
I ordered a sofa on 23 07 13. Delivery time: 2 weeks.
Today is 27 08 13 and I have still not received anything.
Their customer service called me 10 days ago confirming that the delivery would be made on 26 08 13.
On 26 08 13, I called their customer service because I hadn't received any email or call. I was told that it would be starting from Friday... I am very convinced that this is a scam. They are not serious at all. They are getting on my nerves. No manager, no one answers.
I do not recommend buying anything on their site at all

In the same situation as you with one detail: I spoke to people on the phone (but never any manager).
Indeed, the company MDJ Trade - ESPACEADESIGN is not a company I recommend, nor is it an e-commerce site worthy of the name.

I also ordered a convertible sofa that was supposed to be delivered by October 30 at the latest. When I called on the 30th, they told me it would take 8 weeks. I said no, I’m calling today, and they told me they could get this sofa but to choose another one, which I did.
Delivery in 5 days, but I will only pay the difference upon delivery, if I pay.
The lady is supposed to call me back to see if that can be done, but if not, I will cancel everything because apparently we have the right according to the law.

Since the delivery deadline has passed (07-23 + 14 days = 08-06), you can cancel this wonderful purchase. See Consumer Code L114-1:

Do it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt! You can also let off steam on FIANET...

Hello, order placed and delivered on time, very well packaged, box in perfect condition, exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend this site, they are absolutely not scammers, I would recommend it again.
Seeing all your messages, I got scared and tried by any means to block my payment with my bank, which didn't work.
However, I ordered a sofa + a bed on Sunday, October 5, 2014, and on Monday, October 6, 2014, I called their customer service to get a delivery date. I was told I would receive a callback during the day, which happened. The carrier confirmed the delivery for this Thursday, the 9th, between 9 and 10 am. They arrived at 8:30 am and waited for me (since I wasn't living in the apartment yet).
And there, a big surprise: the furniture matched the order, no defects on either the bed or the sofa. Yes, the sofa is not leather, but when I only paid 300 euros for a convertible sofa with a drawer + foldable seats in bar style, that the color is as promised, and everything holds up well, I felt I had to write this message because reading the reviews had me close to despair thinking I had lost 700 euros, but no. I received everything super quickly and in good condition!

Well, I'm quite the lucky one, it's been 12 weeks that I've been waiting for a response on the phone just when there's a delay and I have to wait until the end of June.
I don't find that very professional coming from this company, so I'm going to look into opening a complaint with consumer services.
