[virus] envoyer sur msn

Bonjour tout le monde, une amie a un gros soucis. Je vous explique quand on se parle sur msn au moment où elle bug ca m'envoi ce genre de message "hey you got a photo album? anyways heres my new photo album accept?" et ca m'envoi un fichier winrar.
On pensai a un virus donc elle a fais une analyse mais rien. Un pote pense à un virus que les anti-virus ne capte pas... Que faire? je vous remercie d'avance!

j'ai fait tout ce que t'as dit... mais... comment je peux savoir où en sont mes soucis ? Parce qu'en fait je ne crois pas que mon virus soit réapparu... et ce sont mes contacts, qui le voient, pas moi...
Moi je dirais bien que tout va bien, mais à vrai dire j'en sais rien...

Bon, j'ai toujours des problèmes de pubs intempestives, de connexion qui foire et tout ça, mais ça c'st un autre problème...
Tu crois qu'il faudrait que je formate l'ordi ?
Et est-ce que tu crois qu'il faut que je fasse tout ce qu'on vient de faire sur mon autre ordi qui est en réseau ?

Hello

Sur ce pc; refais un msnfix, et donne le rapport puis

Prends connaissance du contenu le lien suivant:

Tu as donc pris connaissance et accepté les conditions d'utilisations du programme blacklight qui est inclus dans le dossier compressé navilog1.zip que tu vas télécharger.
Maintenant fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/navilog1.zip
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.bat
Laisses-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2 sans notre avis/accord)
Patientes jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copies-colles l'intégralité dans une réponse. Refermes le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)


Pour ton autre pc, on verra apres.

Merci pour tes remerciements :)

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Double clique sur navilog1.bat
Laisses-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valides.
indique mode de nettoyage "automatique"
Laisses toi guider et réponds aux questions éventuelles
Ton bureau va disparaitre, c'est normal.
Patientes jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegardes le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Refermes le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre
Redémarres normalement et copies-colles l'intégralité dans une réponse.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (cleannavi.txt)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Cliques en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tapes explorer et valides. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau

Bah, quand je suis sur msn (puisque le problème vient de là), non j'ai plus de pb (à part avec un pote : quand je suis hors ligne et qu'on parle, ses messages m'arrivent super tard, mais ça a sûrement pas de rapport).
SInon le PC est toujours un peu lent à démarrer, mais j'imagine que je devrais faire un nettoyage, je pensais même à peut-être le formater, j'aurais la paix, non ?
Et puis forcément, toutes ces pubs qui m'arrivent, c'est insupportable, mais je sais même pas si il y a une solution, pour ça !

Bref. Qu'est ce que t'en dis ?

Ah ouais ? C'est quoi la solution ??? Parce que j'en ai essayé plusieurs, genre Jerico, mais il était trop chiant, je pouvais plus rien faire...

Pour formater en fait j'ai un disque dur externe, donc il suffit que je mette tous mes documents dedans (et autre chose ?) et c'est bon, non ?
Parce que les autres programmes, je peux les retrouver facilement j'imagine...

Mais là on n'est plus dans le bon sujet chuis sûre...

Oui tu peux les mettre sur ton DD externe et une fois formaté, soit tu les remet soit tu les laisse sur ce DD.
