depuis ton bureau appuie sur les touches Windows + R, dans le menu qui s'ouvre tape msconfig

Tu vas avoir une fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir, tu vas dans l'onglet démarrage, et tu vas voir tout ce qui démarre quand tu allume ton PC.

Tu dois pouvoir décocher pas mal de choses qui servent à rien, genre dans l'idée Adobe, Apple, Office, etc... ça devrait alléger un peu ton système au démarrage et résorber une partie de tes ralentissements

Est ce que tu peux nous donner la liste des programmes installés?

Vérifie aussi les erreurs sur ton disque dur

Guilich, j'ai déjà fait cela......y'a pratiquement plus rien au démarrage....

Pourtant c'est ce qui me sert à déloger les "intrus".....

Les deux sont obsolètes :)

Et puis c'est sans doute à cause de spybot que tu as des ralentissements
