JVC GR-D33U erreur E03 unité en mode de sauvegarde (aide)

Hello,
I have a JVC camcorder since 2004. For the past few weeks, when I insert a tape, an error code E03 Unit in safeguard appears on the screen (Eject and reinstall tape). I've searched several forums, but I haven't found a solution to my problem.
I thought the tapes were too old and installed a new one. Same issue.
Help please,

    It's a problem with the cassette housing and not with the cassette itself (regardless of the brand: Sony, Panasonic, JVC, etc.). It's a small latch that indicates the presence of the cassette; if it's broken or bent, you'll indeed see the error code 03 displayed.
