Hello everyone!
So, my in-laws' PC is down. It was running on XP until now, so I have the official key. The problem: no recovery partition, no recovery DVD, and therefore no version of XP on hand...

I've already managed to download the official version of Windows 7 for another PC (which also needed to be refurbished) directly from the Microsoft website.
However, for XP, I have only found various update packs, including on their website!

So my question is, has anyone found the official XP operating system on Microsoft's site or elsewhere? The PC has version X12-51823

Just to remind you, I have an official key

I was with my computer "out of order" on Vista, I managed to get it "working" again and I even upgraded to XP pack.
and all that without even the activation key that I've never had!
rescued computer!!!!
and it has been working perfectly since then!
