Bonjour,
Hier j'ai rencontré un problème au niveau d'un jeu installé récemment (tomb raider underworld) ma configuration est bonne je lance le jeu appuie sur jouer commence alors le chargement du jeu et au bout d'une minute de chargement mon ordinateur redemarre puis me demande si je veux envoyer le rapport d'erreur car windows (je suis sous windows xp) a rencontré un grave probleme... J'ai deja desinstaller et reinstaller le jeu sans succès >< pouvez vous m'aider ? Que faire dans ce cas de figure ? Merci d'avance de vos réponses !

Ça sent le problème de drivers à plein nez !
Oui. Le driver mis en cause ici est nv4_disp.dll en gros celui de ta carte graphique.
Il faudra donc mettre à jour ce driver :
Essaye de trouver le driver de ta carte graphique dans la liste ici :
https://www.nvidia.fr/Download/index.aspx?lang=fr
Sur le site, sélectionne en haut ta carte graphique, le système d'exploitation etc... et il va te donner le driver qu'il te faut.
Normalement, ton problème sera résolu.

Coucou, deja merci d'avoir pris le temps de lire mon problème et lorsque je dit qu'il redémarre en fait il coupe le jeu me met un écran bleu avec des choses ecries en blanc ( je n'ai pas le temps de lire car ne reste qu'une seconde) puis il me remet les meme chose que lorsque que je le redemarre il charge windows ouvre ma session. Et je me retrouve de nouveau sur mon bureau ...
Je viens de voir dans le lisez moi qu'ils precisent que certaines cartes graphiques ne sont pas compatibles avec le jeu dont la nvidia geforce go 7300 qui est la mienne est il donc possible de pouvoir jouer sans avoir recours a une autre carte graphique ?

Désolé d'avoir mis autant de temps à répondre mais j'étais partie en vac' me revoila donc ayant vu ton message j'ai donc télécharger le driver correspondant j'ai donc lancé Tomb raider et je suis arrivée a jouer ! mais j'ai assez vite arreter car les graphisme et le son sont comme haché, mon ordi rame et rend le jeu impossible a jouer... y a t'il une solution a cela ? (en baissant la résolution par ex ? ou autre ?)
