Phone crackling
Solved
Hello,
I just got myself a Livebox, various issues have already led to its replacement, and now everything is fine in terms of internet, except that I have a problem that persists even after changing the filters: there is a buzzing on my landline (the unlimited phone works well) when I disconnect my Livebox, the line is clear. Please, can you help me?
Sincerely, Jonathan Livingston

I was without a landline for 10 days.
After testing my line, 1013 assured me that the crackling was coming from my internal junction box.
I had an installer come out who found nothing wrong; I rewired my line entirely, replaced my "box" with a new one, removed all extensions by moving this box and drilling a hole in a partition to shorten the circuit. And France Telecom still insisted that my line was "normal."
I ended up disconnecting everything connected to my FT power box and installed and connected a box 40 cm from theirs. Nothing else! And still the crackling!!
On the 10th day, fed up, I went to my local town hall and said: This is the town hall of ........ . Miracle, an appointment was scheduled for the day after tomorrow, December 31, 2008.
The fault was from FT! A defect in the connection of my external line on the FT pole.
I lost units (after recharging my mobile), but no apology from FT!
Today everything is fine.-

I have a buzzing sound when I pick up my internet live box line. It gradually decreases over 15 to 30 seconds after picking up. It's not too bothersome for calls that I delay after answering, but during an incoming call, we have trouble hearing each other or sometimes there's no communication at all.
Orange says they will charge me for their intervention if they think the issue is due to my installation.
How can I dispel doubts about it?
Thank you for your help.

It is probably an interference from the waves emitted by the router's WIFI and the connection of the "wireless" landline phone.
On the router's interface (assuming it's possible on the Livebox!?) it would be advisable to explore what happens by choosing another channel (there are - I believe - 12 of them); then reboot the box!
Another possible choice: throw the landline phone in the trash and replace it with a wired phone! lol
