Système d'exploitation Windows 7 Home Premium Home Edition
Carte mère: Asus HP87-Pro
processeur Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Carte Video : Asus GTX 650 Ti
Ram : 6Gb
Mon PC est neuf et j'ai souvent des BlueScreen , parfois windows me donne un message au redémarrage :
Nom d'événement de problème: BlueScreen Version du système: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Identificateur de paramètres régionaux: 1036
Désolé je n'ai pas la suite du message windows . D'où viens mon problème ?

Télécharge ici :OTL
▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 / 8 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."
sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.
▶ => Clique ici pour voir la Configuration
▶ Copie et colle le contenu de ce qui suit en gras dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

▶ Clic sur Analyse.
A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).
Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\<Bureau ou Desktop>\OTL.txt)
▶▶▶ NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM (il est trop long)
heberge OTL.txt et extra.txt sur https://www.cjoint.com/ et donne les liens
▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Il viens d'un magasin d'informatique ils me l'on monté .
J'aurai préféré régler le problème moi même , sauf si c'est trop risqué .
