Bonjour,
Impossible d'enlever qv06 comme moteur de recherche : il n'y a même pas la croix à droite pour l'enlever.
Et impossible de rajouter un moteur de recherche différent.
J'ai pourtant fait un scan avec Avast, puis Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, puis AdwCleaner-2.306.exe avec de nombreux virus trouvés et maintenant SpybotSD2.exe (en cours).
Pouvez-vous m'aider pour remettre Google comme moteur de recherche et enlever qv06 ? MERCI !

Après plus d'1h30 d'OTL correction, il ne se passe rien. Mon écran est vide, mes dossiers n'y étant plus, et il y a seulement la fenêtre d'OTL mais vide. Y a-t-il une autre manipulation à faire ?
En tout cas, rien de nouveau côté qv06 (toujours le seul moteur de recherche possible et pas possible de l'enlever).

Comment aller en Mode sans échec :
Attention !!! : NE JAMAIS DEMARRER EN MODE SANS ECHEC AVEC L'UTILITAIRE MSCONFIG !!!!
▶ Redémarres ton ordi
▶ Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip"
▶ Tu verras un écran avec options de démarrage apparaître
▶ Choisis la 2è option : Sans Échec avec prise en charge reseau, et valide avec "Entrée"
▶ Choisis ton compte habituel
Attention !!! : NE JAMAIS DEMARRER EN MODE SANS ECHEC AVEC L'UTILITAIRE MSCONFIG !!!!
▶ Redémarres ton ordi
▶ Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip"

Merci pour votre aide claire mais... le problème persiste : qv06 toujours là et ordinateur hyper lent maintenant au démarrage et ensuite.

Super ! qv06 n'apparaît plus dans la version que j'ai réinstallée de Google Chrome ! Merci pour votre aide précieuse !
2 bémols :
- l'ordinateur est devenu vraiment très lent
- quand je veux changer les paramètres de google chrome, la fenêtre "Aie, aie, Aie..." avec un visage triste apparaît et donc impossible de modifier mes paramètres.
