Miswiring chk wiring

Hello,

My JVC unit displays the error message "miswiring chk wiring" and I haven't touched anything; it just came up like that. The unit keeps scrolling the message and won't do anything else. Can someone help me?

    It means in French wiring error, take out your car radio and check if there are two wires touching each other
