How to check your points with SFR

Hello, I recently got an SFR no-commitment plan for €11.90
RED 24/7

Unlimited calls in France
and abroad

Unlimited SMS and MMS

50MB of Internet
Not blocked, automatically recharged
(2€/50MB)
SFR Wifi included

And I would like to know how to check my points to get a new phone
PS: I have never taken a mobile from SFR, I had taken the plan without a phone.

    Hi misterdjessim!
    At SFR, there are no more points but services thanks to the Silver, Gold, or Platinum square services. This way, you are entitled to a new phone at the new customer price
    every 24, 21, or 18 months!
    However, it seems to me that you do not have these services with the RED plans, which is normal since they are contract-free. So if you want a new phone, you'll need to buy it at full price.
