Boku SMS

Hello,

I was in a chat and I gave my number to someone. They used it to buy things on Boku because I naively gave them the code that appeared on my phone when the SMS was sent.

I had the presence of mind to take a screenshot of the conversation.

I received a second SMS: Orange info: your purchase on Boku for 8.0 euros has been successfully processed. More info: https://login.orange.fr/captcha?service=nextecare&return_url=https%3A%2F%2Fespaceclientv3.orange.fr%2Fmaf.php%3FurlOk%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fwhaomobile.orange.fr%252Fapp-am%252Fnode%26sectionId%3Dwha-msc%26applicationUnivers%3D2 or consumer follow-up > multimedia purchase.

How can I go back and cancel this payment?

I have the transaction reference number.

Best regards.

To avoid this kind of problem, you need to block payments through the operator account.
I had the same problem with an acquaintance on the Clash of Clans game table. A girl asked me to help her with a purchase for an online game. I paid 8 euros via SMS with Boku as a favor; whether it's a scam or not, it's a choice. I then blocked my online payment through the operator afterwards.
