Rapoo Keyboard Configuration

Hello, I'm having a problem with my keyboard; the numeric pad is located on the keys:
j,k,l,u,i,o,è,_,ç which correspond to 123456789 and the "m" to "+", the "p" to "-" and the "à" to *
the keys "!", ":", ";", "," correspond to "/", ".", ";", "0"
So I have to unlock the "num lock".

Is there a way to configure it differently or is it the keyboard?

Thanks in advance ;)

Configuration: µP: Intel Core I5-3470 Quad core

No, but it's fine in AZERTY; it's just that the numeric keypad is detected like on laptops with the "fn" key pressed for the small keyboards that don't have a keypad. Thanks anyway.

I had the same problem with a Rapoo E1050.
I removed the battery from the keyboard, then unplugged the USB dongle.
Then I replaced the USB dongle and put the battery back in.
    And it worked normally again.

    Good luck.

My problem occurred again, and I tried the trick above again: in fact, it doesn't work. I'm sorry.

In default, it's as if the "Fn" key is working backwards. When pressed, we get the letters j, k, l, u, i, o, è... otherwise we get the numbers.

I tried to send an email (in English) to RAPOO's customer service, but they didn't bother to reply.

If anyone can help us solve this problem...
