depuis quelques jours mon ordinateur va tout seul sur certains sites en Europe de l'est. Les pages visitees s'appellent toutes mule6.
De quoi s'agit il et comment arreter ca SVP?

bonsoir,

pour le service d'affichage des messages, il faut le désactiver
Désactive le service d'affichage des messages :
Démarrer --> Exécuter --> tape services.msc puis Entrée
Dans la liste, cherche la ligne "Affichage des messages" puis double-clique dessus.
Règle le "type de démarrage" sur "Désactiver"
Pour le statut du service, clique sur le bouton Arrêter
puis clique sur Appliquer.

tu es visiblement infecté par bagle

* Télécharge ELIBAGLA en bas de cette page
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp (clique sur le bouton "Descargar Elibagla") sur ton bureau.

Lance-le, de préférence en mode sans échec ***si tu en as la possibilité, en mode normal dans le cas contraire. Patiente le temps du scan.
Lorsqu'il a terminé, poste le contenu du fichier infoSat.txt qui se trouve dans Poste de travail > Disque C:\
Et par la même occasion, précise si tu peux à nouveau démarrer en mode sans échec.

***Ne pas rebooter en passant par msconfig.

et reposte également un nouveau rapport hijackthis

ok, l'outil a bien fonctionné
je suppose que tu n'as plus l'utilité de SOPHOS ?
si c'est le cas, il faut le supprimer

Démarrer "Exécuter…" puis Tape "services.msc" et valide par OK
la fenêtre des Services s'ouvre => vérifier dans la partie inférieure que l'onglet "Etendu" est bien sélectionné, sinon faites le.

Créateur de rapports d'état Sophos Anti-Virus (SAVAdminService)
et le chemin
c:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\SAVAdminService.exe

- Dans la colonne "Nom", DOUBLE CLIQUE sur le service noté en GRAS ci dessus, pour faire apparaître "Propriétés".
- Vérifie dans "Chemin d'accès des fichiers exécutables" qu'il s'agit bien de l'emplacement souligné.
- Puis clique sur Arrêter
- Dans le menu déroulant "Type de démarrage", sélectionne "Désactivé".
- valide la modification par OK
- Ferme la fenêtre des Services.
recommence avec

Sophos Anti-Virus (SAVService) - Sophos Plc -
et le chemin

bonjour,

* Télécharge SDFix sur ton bureau

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe

* Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

* Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec

* Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.

* Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.

Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.

* Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.

Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.

Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.

* Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.

Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum,

avec un nouveau log Hijackthis

si tout est ok,

* Tu peux supprimer tous les logiciels que nous avons utilisés (Type: SmitFraufix, Blacklight, SDFix, ect.....)
qui traitent des infections spécifiques et qui sont mis à jour réguliérement.

* démarrer-----------panneau de configuration------------système----------
onglet Restauration système-----------coche la case (Désactiver la restauration système)--------------
redémarre l'ordinateur
réactive la ensuite

* Pour améliorer la sécurité de ton PC prend quelques instants pour lire

CECI

* Dénonce ton infection pour faire condamner les auteurs.
Crée un message pour faire avancer les choses sur Malware-Complaints, nous devons être les plus nombreux possibles, alors rends compte de ton infection :

- Voir les règles du forum : https://malwarecomplaints.info/
- Après t'être enregistré à l'aide du bouton en haut se nommant "Register"
Si tu as plus de 13 ans, choisir : "I Agree to these terms and am over or exactly 13 years of age"
Si tu as moins, clique sur : "I Agree to these terms and am under 13 years of age"

Tu as alors sous forme de liste un sujet par type d'infection (Look2Me, Smitfraud, SpywareQuake etc..).
