Purchase issue for League of Legends RP :/

Hello,
this morning when I received my credit, I hurriedly, impatiently wanted to buy some RP to get a skin I've been wanting for a while.
So I bought 2x8 euros (via SMS) and everything was going fine until I clicked the continue button (at the very end) when an error message appeared on the screen:
An error occurred, please try again later.
The problem is that the money has indeed been deducted from my credit but my RP are not present, what should I do? Is there a solution???
ps: (When I check my RP purchase history, it does not show my purchases from this morning :/)
