Bonjour à tous. J'aimerais vous exposer le problème que j'essaie de résoudre depuis un moment. Après avoir consulté pas mal de sites, je n'ai toujours pas la réponse.
Donc, comme le titre le dit, j'aimerais mettre à jour la version de mon linux Ubuntu. Je tourne actuellement sous la version 10.10. J'ai essayé de l'installer en allant dans Système/Administration/Gestionnaire des mises à jour l'onglet "Mise à jour". Il me propose donc la version 11.4. Il m'indique "La récupération de la mise à niveau à échoué. Il y a peut-être un problème de réseau". Quoi? Mon linux tourne bien, j'ai internet.
J'ai également essayé de passer par le terminal:

La 11.04 n'est plus supportés depuis le 28octobre.

Oui effectivement, alors je ne comprends pas pourquoi il me propose de mettre la version 11.4 alors qu'il y a une version récente... Maintenant, comment faire? S'il ne veut déjà pas installer la 11.4 comment installer une version plus récente?

le mieux tu telecharges et grave le dernier iso en date

On ne peut migrer que de version LTS en LTS ou de version en version un par un exemple de la 11.10 à la 12.01 ou de la 12.10à la 13.04 mais impossible de la 10.10 à 13.04
Si ton ordinateur ne veut pas, pourquoi ne pas faire une installation propre ? en téléchargeant la dernière version ou version LTS ?
Si tu préfère comme cela, tu perdra toute tes données, logiciels etc, à toi de penser à les sauvegarder

Ta seule solution est de faire une installation propre avec une version plus récente .

Si tu n'as pas envie de t'amuser à passer à la version supèrieur tous les 6 mois , tu peux peut être installer une LTS ( maintenue pendant 5 ans )
