Hello,

For a few days now, I've been trying to reach a contact on their mobile phone number without success. When I call, I go directly to a voicemail message saying that "the number you have dialed is not assigned or not accessible." I was wondering if I might have been blocked; however, from what I’ve gathered, if there was a block, I should go directly to voicemail. Additionally, I tried calling from a private number, and I get the same voicemail message warning me that the number is not assigned.

Is this a sign that the line has been deactivated? It seems very strange to me that this contact changed their phone number without notifying.

If the line has only been suspended for a while, would I also receive this message?

    Hello,

    The problem may be temporary, due to ongoing maintenance.
    Or an unpaid bill, resulting in a suspended line.
    Or the number has changed.
