Le lien que vous avez indiqué plus haut fonctionne et je me suis rappelé cette histoire de licence Netasq expirée.
Avez vous crée un compte chez Netasq indiquant les informations inscrites sur une étiquette collée sur votre u250 ?

A mon avis, même si vous n'avez pas de support vous pouvez tout de même rattaché cet appareil à votre compte et ainsi récupérer le fichier de licence. Il est certainement basé sur les éléments souscrits par le 1er utilisateur.
Ce qui est certain c'est que si le boitier n'est pas à l'heure et la date du jour, vous ne pourrez pas en faire grand chose.
Allez zou on retourne le boitier dans tous les sens et on cherche l'étiquette.

pas de problème pour le Numero de serie + clef web. Mais ce boitier est deja enregistré et il m'est impossible de lui faire changer de compte.
Netasq propose une procédure de changement de propriétaire, mais cela implique une autorisation du 1er propriétaire qui existe plus...

Alors là malheureusement, je suis à court de solution.
A moins de contacter un revendeur NETASQ local, je ne sais plus trop comment vous aider.

Salut,
vraiment pas le genre de produit à acheter d'occasion auprès d'un vendeur pas trop honnête, le vendeur aurait dû revendre la licence plus que le matériel.
il faut se tourner vers lui, c'est clair.

If you encounter the licence issue of the 2012-05-13, you will find below the procedures in order to solve this problem according to the product version :
Version below 8.1.3 :
The connection through the manager could be impossible, in this case you must connect on the VGA or serial port and do the following :
Note: If you are connected on VGA port, you can press ALT+F2 in order to avoid error messages display. If you are connected on serial port (RS232), you must ignore these messages even if what you see looks disrupted
- Log in to the Firewall (If you lost your password you can follow this procedure)
- Disable NTP
setconf /usr/Firewall/ConfigFiles/ntp Config State 0
enntp
- Change the Firewall date
date "2012-05-12 12:00:00"
- Reboot the product
reboot
After the reboot you must download the licence from the NETASQ website and update it on the Firewall.
Version greater than 8.1.3 :
You must connect through the manager from the internal network and update the licence (with the Licence downloaded from the NETASQ website). After the reboot the problem will be solved.
If you can't download the licence, you can follow the same procedure as for the version below 8.1.3.
Version 9:
The connexion through the web interface is still possible from the internal network, so you must connect on the Firewall from this network and do the following :
- If the NTP is activated, you must execute the following command in System/ CLI :
config ntp state off
config ntp activate
- Change the Firewall date (in System/Configuration) in order to get back before 2012-05-13.
- Update the licence (with the Licence downloaded from the NETASQ website)
- Reboot the product

I translate a french sentence of my suject for you: "mais ce produit etant d'occasion et étant déjà enregistré, il m'est impossible de me connecter chez NETASQ pour récupérer ce certificat ou licence. " => "but this product being used and being already recorded, it is impossible for me to connect with NETASQ to retrieve the certificate or license."
And NETASQ refuse to unregister this firewall, so I can't download a vaide certificat or my "expired" licence.
