He recently received his confidential code but hasn't used it yet since he doesn't know how to proceed. If you know, I would be very grateful in advance. Best regards,

I understand because I have exactly the same problem as you.
Have you managed to create a SECOND ameli account for your husband from the same computer (the one that has already saved your password for YOUR ameli account)?
As for me, I can't do it. I have my own ameli account and when I try to create a new one for my husband, the computer that has saved my personal data blocks at this stage and it's impossible to open a second account.
Does anyone know the solution please??

Create an email account (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo...) for your husband and start over (I think he considers that the email account is personal, so 1 email address per account)

Like Mozilla for one account and Chrome for the other
or even "private browsing" for one and non-private for the other?
It can "confuse" the computer that is "trying to do the right thing" by serving you your little habits again! ;)
