Bonjour,
J AI PRÊTE UNE IMPRIMANTE PHOTO CANON CP 800 SELPHY à MA FILLE le problème est qu elle a un mac sans lecteur cd donc elle ne peut pas installer le logiciel existe t il un moyen pour l installer en le téléchargeant ou bien un pilote
si quelqu un à la solution merci par avance pour vos réponses et vos conseils

Bonjour,
oui, sur le site de Canon, il est possible de télécharger les pilotes des imprimantes. Il y a même les pilotes Windows, Mac et Linux, ce qui est plutôt rare, ici :
https://www.canon.fr/support/
taper dans "Search" le nom du modéle, puis cliquer sur "support et téléchargement". Clicquer sur l'onglet "Download", cocher "pilotes et applications".
La liste apparaît.

Il y a une solution sur http://forums.cnet.com/7723-7590_102-583681/no-windows-8-drivers-for-canon-selphy/, donnée par le génial Mr Cetirizine.
Je vous la donne en anglais, les équivalences en français sont faciles à trouver
Essentially you disable driver signature enforcement then install the drivers with Windows 7 compatibility.
From the Charms bar, select Settings then Change PC Settings.
Select General and scroll down to Advanced Startup and click restart now.
From the menu, select troubleshooting then Advanced Options then windows startup options.
Restart again and select number 7, Disable driver signature enforcement.
Your PC will boot up as normal.
Now Right Click the driver file and select troubleshoot compatibility.
Go through the procedure and tell it that the driver worked in Windows 7
It should then install and work, there may be an error at the end but it still works.
Once you reboot again the driver enforcement is reverted but the printer still works.
Et ça marche, je viens d'imprimer une photo avec ma Selphy CP800!
