Mais que se passe-t-il?

Un petit virus (alexa) s'est glissé sur mon pc à la suite d'une mise à jour automatique et recommandée par Windows Upload. Ayant déjà subi des attaques d'un autre virus il y a quelques temps, j'ai préféré formater le disque dur et tout réinstaller afin de faire le tri. Seulement, le formatage a dû passer à côté d'un parasite.
Depuis, j'ai dû reformater et réinstaller windows des dizaines de fois. Mais rien à faire. J'ai donc réinstallé le strict minimum, ainsi que Spybot, Ad-aware, Bitdefender et Avast (configuration qui marchait fort bien jusque là). J'ai téléchargé les mises à jour relatives, effectué des scans avec les divers programmes. Windows semble relativement stable, j'ai meme réussi à rétablir la connection internet (la preuve!).
Seulement je suis très loin des capacités d'hier. Internet a un temps de réaction très élevé, comme saturé. Je n'arrive pas à réinstaller certains programmes (un jeu on-line notamment).
J'ai donc suivi les conseils de divers posts du forum, et lancé Hijackthis. Mais n'étant que bidouilleur en informatique, je suis incapable de trouver une solution à mettre en place.
