Bonjour.

Hello ,
Thank you for your response. I understand you are having issues with your updates, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Please open the main Kaspersky window, and then click Support in the bottom left. What does it say for the databases release date ? Can you please check the date/time on the machine? If these are off by one day/hour our servers will think the databases are out of sync. If they are incorrect, please correct it and then run another update. I will also provide a few steps below in case you have not tried them. If you have, then you can skip over them. Please comment on each step tried and if one works, you should be all set.
(A)Disable the default update proxy setting:
Open Kaspersky 2013.
Click on 'Settings'.
Click on the third icon, it looks like a globe.
Click on the 'Update Source...' button on the right.
Click on the 'Proxy server... 'button.
Uncheck 'Use proxy server'.
Click 'OK' three times.
(B)Change your update source to get the latest databases:
Open Kaspersky.
Click on 'Settings'.
Click on the third icon, it looks like a globe.
Click on the 'Update Source...' button on the right.
Click '+ Add'.
Delete the source line and paste in http://195.222.17.41
Click 'OK'.
Click '^ Move up' so the highlighted http line is first, above Kaspersky Lab update servers.
Click '+ Add' again.
Delete the source line and paste in http://149.7.32.19
Click 'OK'.
Click '^ Move up' so the highlighted http line is second, above Kaspersky Lab update servers.
Click 'OK' twice.
Click on 'Update' on the main Kaspersky window.
Click 'Run Update'.
(C) Delete the license and then reactivate:
Delete the Kaspersky licenses and reactivate:
Step 1 - Delete the Licenses:
Open Kaspersky.
Click on 'Manage Subscription' at the lower right of the window. (May say Licensing)
This will bring up the license management window with the license at the top.
Click on the red X next to the "Key", and click 'Delete Key'.
You will be warned the Application is not activated.
Step 2 - Reactivate:
Click on 'Activate the application'.
Activate commercial version will be selected by default.
Enter your activation code. Kaspersky will automatically capitalize for you and move between the boxes.
Click 'Next' and wait for the process to complete.
Click 'Finish'.
Click 'Close'.
If all else fails, please send me a fresh update log:
Open Kaspersky.
Click on 'Reports' in the upper right.
Click on the 'Detailed Report' button in the lower right.
On the left side, select 'Update'.
In the upper right, set the Period to 'Year'. (Only 30 days are saved by default.)
Right-click on the column titles, and make sure 'Reason' is selected.
Click 'Save...' in the lower left corner.
Save the file as "Update Log."
Locate the Update Log, right-click on the file and choose 'Send To' > 'Compressed (zipped) Folder.'
Then please email that Compressed Folder to me as an attachment.
