Stuck in The Sims 3: World Adventures - Egypt

Hello,

here is my problem: in The Sims 3: World Adventures, during a mission in Egypt, I am supposed to take a photo of a Sim and give it to them. However, when I take the photo, nothing happens; it is indeed in my inventory, but when I try to give it to the Sim, I can't click on "give the photo," as it says I don't have all the necessary items in my inventory... What should I do?

    well yes. I even took several with different cameras and even the phone, so ... I think it's something else.
