Hello,
I have a call to 3214 from Sunday and yesterday Bouygues contacted me to say that I'm exceeding my €100 plan with calls to an 08... We don't know more for now, we have to wait for the bill but I didn't make those 08 calls (they gave me the dates at 614 and those numbers do not appear in my call log!!). Does anyone know what 3214 corresponds to?

Hello,
After a very quick search on Google, I found that this error is very common with Bouygues.
I suggest you contest this extra charge with evidence.
