Error code 290502 on DSI

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my DSi XL. I can go on the internet without any issue, but when I try to access the Nintendo DSi shop, I get "error code: 290502, unable to connect to the server. Please try again later." I tried 2 hours later and it still doesn't work. What should I do?
If you know how to fix it, please help me!
