Hello everyone!
I've been looking for a while for the solution to my ATI error message that opens every time I start up:

"Cannot load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation' or one of its dependencies. The specified file could not be found."

I have an ASUS X72JR, a laptop, and I'm using Windows 7.

I have already tried to repair the ATK Package in the programs, but I don't have the 409.msi to open it.

I don't want to download just anything to solve the issue, so I'm asking if anyone knows what I could download to fix this and find out what's missing.

I'm a bit lost, I don't know what to do anymore, and I'm not very knowledgeable :/ thank you for helping me as soon as possible,

      Reinstall the driver for your graphics card; it will reinstall the Catalyst Control Center, which is unable to start.

    The first message that appears when opening the PC in the middle of the screen is:

    Exception EOleSysError in module Skype.exe at 001251C9.
    The key set is not defined

    For Skype, I decided to uninstall it when the issue with my graphics card appeared because I could no longer launch it

    Moreover, a new message has just appeared as follows:
    The instruction at 0x00000000 references memory at 0x00000000. The memory cannot be 'written' to.
    Click OK to terminate the program

    Then, still in the middle of the screen: "Unable to load the file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation' or one of its dependencies. The specified file is not found."
    Finally, at the bottom of the screen, near the clock, a message says: Exception, failed to connect to the Windows service
    Windows could not connect to the system event notification service. This prevents standard users from signing into the system
    As an administrator, you can open the system event log for more information.

      Oula, you should create a topic in the Windows 7 forum with all this info.

      For the driver, I looked on the HP site but I can't find your model:
      https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/

      And when I search on Google, I don't find much.

      You need software like "HP Recovery Manager" to do this (formatting and reinstalling the system, drivers).

      It will be as if you just bought it (remember to back up everything you want to keep on an external hard drive, for example).

      "Compaq Presario CQ 61"

      --> Look under the battery for the exact model. Example: Presario CQ61-407SF.

      "unable to install net framework 4 even as an administrator
      unable to use Windows update"

      --> Do you have any error messages? If so, which ones?
