Unlock 999 commerce cap! Rise of nations thrones and patriots

Je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un aurait une astuce pour augmenter la limite de commerce dans rise of nations thrones and patriots. J'ai cherché un peu partout et j'ai trouvé ceci :

1.Get a hex editor, open GAME_FOLDER\patriots.exe, and replace the 4th "E7 03 00 00" (hex, =999) with "00 E7 03 00" (=255744), and save the file.

2.Edit GAME_FOLDER\Thrones and Patriots\data\rules.xml, change the line "COMMERCE_CAP ...."

J'ai telechargé Hex editor mais le probleme c'est que je ne comprends pas donc je ne sais pas quoi modifier alors toute explication ou toute autre méthode serait la bienvenue.
