How to add a video link to my USB stick

Could you please guide me on how to
- put a video (YouTube link) on my USB key so that I can play it later on a TV?

For your information, I have an old Mac G5, OS 10

    Hi, you plug your USB drive into your PC and open your desktop; you go to downloads, choose your video, and drag it to your USB drive.
