effectivement c'est la carte graphique, essaie de mettre à jour les pilotes..

Selon mes recherche sur le "portable HP pavillon g6 Notebook PC " et ton dump il s'agit d'une carte ati (maintenant appelé amd) intégrée
Tu as égélemnt windows 7 64 bits
donc il faut que tu clics sur "télécharger" sur la page suivante:
