It's crazy, I can't add a response if I include the link in it!

How do we indicate a download link or attach a file?

Yes! Yes! The exploded view please!!

At home, everything works except that... no ink comes out on the paper... I have refillable cartridges that are full, I've done quite a bit of cleaning, and the printing is consistently dreadful... Would taking it apart and cleaning this sponge be of any use?

Hello,

I think the print heads must be damaged :(
Disassembling an Epson is really not easy. Plus, cleaning is even trickier because the print heads are on the carriage which is packed with printed circuits and cables. I did it and my printer errored out and has never worked again since.
I have photos of my last disassembly if you're interested, but you would need to give me an email address to send them to. Same goes for the exploded view.

For the "end of life" message, use SSC Service Utility which will reset the ink counter to zero. However, you need to disassemble the printer first and clean the absorbent pads (procedure available online).

facile, tu allumes l'imprimante et dès que les cartouches se déplacent, débranche la prise au bon moment et le tour est joué.

Thank you.

It works with the Stylus Photo RX420 under Seven, but we get a message indicating that some DLLs are missing. However, if we do the operation under XP, there is no problem.

Hello to all Epson owners who send us the famous message "elements at end of life" when we print their quota, which sends you to a repair shop with a high bill. For over 2 years, I've dealt with this problem… I "reset" it myself and it works… as easy as pie: let me explain: I have a RX 620 and when I get my message, I press simultaneously with three fingers of one hand on the buttons: black and white/color/emergency stop. Right side of the machine, I wait about 30 seconds and with the other hand, I press the power button. And there, miracle, we turn it off, turn it back on, and it's good to go for another round.
