Lower the microphone sensitivity

Hello,

I'm looking to lower the sensitivity of my microphone, it's a Triton AX 180.
When I talk with friends, they can hear my family talking from the other end of the house ^^

    Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > (in Sound) manage audio devices > Recording > your mic > Properties > Levels.
