Conversion .RAW to .ISO

Hello,
I would like to install OS X on my PC. I currently have it in .raw format, which apparently needs to be burned to USB. I'm having trouble with this, so I would like to convert it to .ISO to mount it on Daemon Tools and then put it on a Virtual Machine.
Is this possible?
And if so, how can I convert from .raw to .iso?
