Bonjour,

J'ai un petit problàme avec mon pc ce matin: il a mit au moins 10 min avant d'arriver sur windows.
J'ai donc patienté quelques 10 autres minutes pour arriver au Task manager et voir les programmes actifs. J'y ai retrouvé Google Chrome ouvert 6 fois, d'ont au moins deux programme qui roulaient à plus de 160 000kb. Aucune fenêtre n'était ouverte sur le bureau.
Ma mémoire était pratiquement pleine (en une nuit? Hé bien!) j'ai comencé à effacer certain petits programme dans mon onglets downloads, mais c'était pas grand chose.
J'ai encore pris mon mal en patience, et j'ai activer le programme de windows pour désinstaller les programmes.
Impossible de désintaller quoi que ce soit: windows me dit qu'il ne se rend pas au programme, de contacter mon consultant windows...( mais bien sur tiens!).
Même chose pour Kaspersky: impossible de le lancer, le programme plante automatiquement.

Là, j'ai pas mal épuisé toutes mes connaissances en la matière, j'aurais besoin de votre expérience!

Bien y'a un peu de ménage à faire.

En premier lieu :

▶ Télécharge sur cette page: AdwCleaner (de Xplode)

▶ Lance-le

clique sur Suppression et patiente le temps du nettoyage.

▶ Poste le contenu du rapport que tu trouveras dans ton disque dur c:\ADwcleaner[Sx].txt ou son contenu s'il s'ouvre.

En deuxième lieu, copie ce texte :

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{C27083BD-DB53-4304-9D91-4E7EA6DEE575}: DhcpDomain = kiosk.bbycdmz.com

O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\..\{C27083BD-DB53-4304-9D91-4E7EA6DEE575}: DhcpDomain = kiosk.bbycdmz.com

Ouvre ZHPFix (clic droit -> exécuter en tant qu'admin)
CLique sur GO puis poste le rapport

3èmement, télécharge le SP1 de Win7 x64 ici : http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/A/F/0AFB5316-3062-494A-AB78-7FB0D4461357/windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe
Et installe-le.

Enfin, relance ZHPDiag, clique sur la loupe.
Une fois le rapport élaboré héberge-le et copie/colle le lien.

C'est étrange car il dit "not found", hors, c'est bien dans le résultat du diag.
Mais ça arrive régulièrement les bugs de ce genre avec ZHPDiag :(
C'est pourquoi je préfère travailler avec un autre logiciel de diagnostic/correctifs mais comme Guillaume t'avais proposé ZHPDiag ... :-)

Bon ça peut être long han... y doit rester au moins 20-30 min à l'installation...!

Relance ZHPDiag, clique sur la loupe.
Une fois le rapport élaboré héberge-le et copie/colle le lien.
