Disable autoplay on VLC.

Hello everyone!! I need to play some audio, but it keeps stopping each time while it's currently playing all the tracks in a row ;) How can I make sure the tracks in VLC don't play one after the other? Thank you very much to those who take the time to help ;)

tool> preference
at the bottom left: check Settings: all

Playlist
check "play one item then pause" or "play one item then stop"
finally try one or the other I haven't tested...

Your quick response really helped me! I was struggling to reply for ten minutes, I didn't grasp the concept of "how to respond to you" ;)

Otherwise, it's just as you said: "We uncheck 'autoplay', and we click 'play then pause'" ;)
