Bonjour,
voila mon ordi redémarre plusieurs fois de suite et j'ai un écran bleu a chaque fois et au bout de 5 6 redémarrage il démarre enfin normalement mas est un peu lent.

sachant que j'ai déja fait une restauration il y un mois et que j'ai avira antivir.

en bas de la page ZHP avec un numéro de version.
Une fois le téléchargement achevé,
Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ; Seven ou Windows 8 clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »
Clique sur la loupe avec le signe + pour lancer l'analyse.
Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.
Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.
Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien:

Regarde sur le bureau
Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.

Je vois que tu disposes d'un PC Acer avec une partition de sauvegarde.
Sauvegarde tes données importantes et procède à une mise à plat comme sortie usine.
Cela réglera à coup sur ton problème d'écran bleu

merci a toi je l'ai déjà fait il y a un mois car j'avais un problème le pack sp2 de vista ne s'installait pas, j'ai donc fait une réinstallation USINE par ALT+F10 et les mises a jour se sont toutes installées et j'avais aussi cet écran bleu avant mais plus souvent qu'avant ce "formatage usine".
donc je dois le refaire encore une fois !!!!!!

c'est fait, mise a jour update faites et nombreuses !!!!!
puis écran bleu ce matin (1 seule fois) et depuis démarrage normal.

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,
Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ; Seven ou Windows 8 clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »
Clique sur la loupe avec le signe + pour lancer l'analyse.
Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.
Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.
Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien:
