J'aimerait que vous analyser mon scan panda. Ps: Je veux pas refaire un scan en ligne. Merci!

    tu n'as ni antivirus, ni parefeu ?
    il faudrait peut être en télécharger plus que rapidement

    * via ajout de programme, supprime si tu trouves

    SurfAccuracy

    puis

    * Assure toi d'avoir accès à tous les fichiers

    -démarrer

    -poste de travail ou autre dossier

    -menu outils

    -options de dossier

    -onglet affichage

    puis

    - activer la case : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés

    - désactiver la case : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu

    - désactiver la case : Masquer les fichier protégés du système d'exploitation

    Puis - Appliquer

    * et Supprime le(s) fichier(s) ci dessous si il(s) est (sont) présent(s) :

    c:\program files\SurfAccuracy
    C:\Program Files\Cain
    C:\WINDOWS\adcd010802.cmd
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.exe

    * Dans l'Explorateur Windows recache les fichiers système afin de ne pas faire d'erreur à l'avenir. Retourne à la fenêtre Paramètres de dossiers et sélectionne Ne pas afficher les fichiers cachés ou les fichiers système

    C:\Documents and Settings\Propriétaire\Bureau\backups---ce sont les backups de quoi ?

    * Télécharge Registry Search.vbs
    http://www.billsway.com/vbspage/vbsfiles/RegSrch.zip

    * Dézippe le sur le bureau et double-clique sur RegSearch.vbs

    copie colle le nom "powerscan "dans la zone de recherche et clique sur OK

    Après recherche, le bloc-note ouvre une fenêtre avec toutes les instances trouvées.

    Le fichier est sauvegardé dans le même répertoire que celui de RegSearch

    * Copie-colle le contenu de la fenêtre pour le mettre dans ton prochain post.

    lorsque je clique sur quesiment n'importe quoi, il me dise que Rundll32.exe est introuvable.

    Quoi faire?

    Svp , c'est très grave , je ne peux plus aller dans mes ajout et supprimation de programme , ni restauration du sytème , ni dans exécuter etc... aide moi svp !

    tu veux dire que tu ne peux rien faire alors ?

    c'est critique ton problème
    rundll32
    rundll32 exe

    fait une recherche dans windows pour voir si tu trouves
    rundll32

    tiens moi au courant

    Jai trouver 2 fichiers rundll32.exe

    un dans : C/Windows/System32

    le deuxième dans: C/Windows/system32/dllcache

    Mais le fichier n'est pas normale.

    Son iconne est comme une feuille blanche( ce qui d'après moi n'est pas normale, de plus il est pas ouvrable)

    Ps: Rundll32.exe , l'iconne devrait être deux engrenages pas vrai?

    c'est visiblement un problème, tu vas aller le remplacer
    télécharge le ici

    clique sur le lien qui correspond à ton système d'exploitation
