Bonjour,
J'ai un ordinateur fixe que je connecte à internet via une box. Il y a environ deux mois j'ai fait changer la carte graphique et depuis, dès que je navigue sur internet, je dois en permanence actualiser ma page internet sinon ça ne charge pas et le plus souvent, au moment des paiements, ça ne marche.
Le fait d'avoir changé la carte graphique n'a peut être rien avoir mais en tout cas ça le fait depuis le changement.
Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?

fais moi 1 zhpdiag (outil de diagnostic)
télécharge zhpdiag sur ton bureau
le lien https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
pour lancer le scan clique sur la loupe (1er bouton a gauche)
le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\zhpdiag.txt
poste le rapport via ce lien https://www.cjoint.com/

tu veux dire que tu as passer 2 fois adwcleaner?
poste le rapport de la même manière que l'autre
tu as pas mal de crasses sur le pc, et de plus beaucoup de logiciels pas a jour

Non je n'ai fait qu'une fois l'analyse, le logiciel a redémarré mon ordinateur et a ensuite sorti deux rapports.

Je suis désolée d'avoir laché la conversation mais je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de temps ces dernières semaines.
J'ai installé firefox sur l'ordinateur et effectivement je n'ai pas le problème d'actualisation sur internet. Donc ça ne le ferait qu'avec internet explorer.
