Je pense que mon Pc est infecté parce qu'il est plutôt lent en-plus des fenêtres publicitaires n'arrêtes pas de faufiler les uns après les autres ; et j'aimerais m'en débarrassé.

je me rappel plus des démarche alors si on peux m'aider :-)

Un utilisateur signale que son PC est lent et affiche de nombreuses fenêtres publicitaires, suspectant une infection et demandant de l'aide pour s'en débarrasser sous Windows Vista. La meilleure réponse conseille de télécharger AdwCleaner et de lancer une suppression après le scan, puis de partager le rapport obtenu afin d'évaluer les éléments détectés, sans nécessiter de recherche préalable. En cas d'échec ou pour des infections persistantes, d'autres conseils évoquent l'utilisation d'outils supplémentaires comme OTL ou des rapports à partager via des liens externes. D'autres éléments évoquent aussi la possibilité d'un problème lié au registre et suggèrent des actions comme créer une nouvelle session, déplacer les documents, puis supprimer l'ancienne pour limiter l'infection.

    Salut,

    Télécharge http://general-changelog-team.fr/telechargements/logiciels/viewdownload/75-outils-de-xplode/28-adwcleaner AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.
    Lance le, clique sur [Suppression] puis patiente le temps du scan (Pas besoin de faire de Recherche avant).
    Une fois le scan fini, un rapport s'ouvrira. Poste le contenu du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse par un copier/coller.
    Si cela ne fonctionne pas, utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com pour héberger le rapport, donne le lien du rapport dans un nouveau message.

    Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

      Faire un scan OTL pour diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections - Le programme va générer deux rapports OTL.txt et Extras.txt

        Si des pubs viennent a tout va, je pense que, lors d'une installation, tu as du installer un logiciel qui t'ouvre régulièrement des pages de pub.
        Essaie de le retrouver et supprime le ;)

                quand j'essaie d'ouvrir un fichier sur mon Pc, ça me l'ouvre sur un autre logiciel qui est Adobe reader x par default.

                exemple ==> quand je veux ouvrir Open office, et bien ça me l'ouvre sur Adobe reader X et à cause de ça je ne peux plus ouvrir open office correctement.
                d'avance et merci de la compréhension.

                  clic droit ouvrir avec et tu choisis le programme.

                  il est là le problème ; on a essayer de faire <ouvrir avec> mais ceu-ci n'est valable que pour certain programme sur mon Pc.

                  presque tous les programmes importants qu'il y"a sur mon Pc sont sous l'emprise de ce désordre comme Mozilla, avast antivirus, Cleaner etc...et encore la liste est longue.

                Coche seulement Repair File Associations dans la liste.

                  il y"a 2 session d'utilisateur sur mon Pc et comme je ne peux rien faire dans l'un des sessions je suis obligé de le faire dans l'autre.
                  est-ce que ça marchera quand même ou pas ?

                  Ca devrait pas marcher.
                  Si c'est que sur une session, c'est un prb surement dans le registre sur cette session.

                  Je pense que le plus simple et plus rapide, c'est que tu créés une autre session (c'est surement ceq ue tu as déjà fait), tu déplaces tous les documents de la session où ça fonctionne pas sur la nouvelle et tu supprimes l'autre.

                  parce que mon problème sera résolue une fois avoir supprimer la session qui cause problème !
                  si non tu ne connaitrais pas un moyen pour transférer des documents d'une session à l'autre ?
                  enfin, si possible ?
                  peut-être en utilisant le dossier partage ou quelque chose de ce genre ?
