I am writing to you about my problem

My friend installed some cleaning tools on my computer
At his place with the Neufbox as the connection
Since I returned home, I no longer have a connection with the Neuf and I cannot find my installation kit. I would like to know if I can use my friend's Neuf Telecom installation kit to reinstall my connection

    It is possible that the drivers are also present on the CD even though it is not the same modem.

    Otherwise, you will need to download the driver for your modem (Can you provide us with the reference (name written on or under the casing)
