Bonjour à tous !
voilà depuis quelques temps mon antivirus avast me detecte 2 voire 3 virus ou spyware à savoir: win32 adware, win32 horst et win32 trojan.
Malgré toutes mes tentatives de les supprimer à l'aide d'avast, spybot ou ad-aware les spywares reviennent à chaques reconnection, par le biais de la restauration du systeme je presume.Ceci a pour effet de ralentir considérablement mon pc et de m'ouvrir des fenetres publicitaire intempestives
Je crois savoir qu'il faut faire un rapport hijackthis ?je suis plutot novice
quelqu'un peut il m'aider à résoudre mon problème svp

Salut ^^
Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraud,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

Téléchargez ce fix parejvindh sur votre bureau : http://www.uploads.ejvindh.net/rustbfix.exe
Double-cliquez rustbfix.exe afin de lancer l'outil.
Si une infection Rustock.b est détectée, une invite t'indiquera qu'il est nécessaire de redémarrer l'ordi. Ce redémarrage pourrait être plus long que d'habitude, et il est possible que deux redémarrages soient requis. Tout cela se fera automatiquement.
Suite au(x) redémarrage(s), deux rapports s'ouvriront : (%root%\avenger.txt & %root%\rustbfix\pelog.txt).
Copie colle les 2 rapports.

Tu as donc pris connaissance et accepté les conditions d'utilisations du programme blacklight qui est inclus dans le dossier compressé navilog1.zip que tu vas télécharger.
Maintenant fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/navilog1.zip
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.bat
Laisses-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2 sans notre avis/accord)
Patientes jusqu'au message :

Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo.
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown") ; clique OK
Démarre ton PC à nouveau.

Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/outil/option des dossiers/affichage
Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer !

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

j'ai bien effectué la premiere étape.
Mais en mode sans echec je n'arrive pas à trouver le dossier "content ie5", j'arrive direct au fichiers internet temporaires lorsque je clique sur "tempory internet files".
Je n'ai pas reussi à faire de scan de bitdefender en mode sans echec, je l'ai donc fait en redemarrant et évidemment il trouve toujours ces 2 fichiers que tu m'as demandé de supprimer.

Je précise au passage que depuis plus d'alertes et plus de fenêtres publicitaires qui s'ouvrent ... le début de la fin ? ;-)
Pour ce qui est des deux fichiers à supprimer, tu vas rire mais je ne les trouve plus avec chaos shreder, il ne figure pas (plus?) dans le dossier ie5 (petite question ce dossier est il utile ou peut on le supprimer?)

Dans ce cas, désinstalle le !
Il est nécessaire d installer un firewall pour ta sécurité !
Tu peux supprimer vundofix, navilo, rustock, lopxp, chaos shredder et smitfraudfix.
Garde spybot, AVG AS, ad aware.Met les a jour chaque semaine et scan tous les mois avec ces 3 programmes !
Laisse ton antivirus avast toujours actif.
Si tu as des questions, n'hésites pas.
