Hello,
When I press the 0 key on my numeric keypad, it doesn't work and it brings up the dropdown menu that appears when you right-click.
This happens in all software.
I have Windows 8 and when I received my computer (a few weeks ago) it didn't do that! I must have done something to cause this...
Thanks in advance to those who will take a bit of their time to help me.

Hi,
I had the same issue and I called Samsung. Here's the solution:
Make sure you can adjust the brightness or volume level without having to press the "Fn" key. If that's the case, it's locked. In that case, no worries, just press "Fn Lock," the 7th key from the right on the top row. And that's it, the Fn key is unlocked, you can't adjust the volume or brightness without pressing this key, and miracle, the 0 key works again. It's better than reinstalling drivers, checking for updates, etc., and especially more effective.

Thank you very much, I followed your advice, I pressed Fn (at the bottom in blue) and Fn Lock at the top of the keyboard and, 0000000, it's great, thank you very much. I am on Windows 10.
