Show only non-empty cells

Hello,

I am completely stuck on a problem, let me explain:

I have an Excel table that I obtain after importing data from an .XML file into Excel.

Each column corresponds to the content of a tag in my XML file. The cells in my column can contain different data. Example:

Column B
cell B1: "xxx"
cell B2: "YYY"
etc.

The problem is that in each column, the data can appear as early as the first row or starting from the 10th, 14th row, etc.

Example:

Column B
cell B1: empty
cell B2: empty
cell B3: "XXX"
cell B4: "YYY"
etc.

However, I need the cells containing data to appear first. I can't use a filter because when I only display, for example, the non-empty cells in column B, the entire row is hidden, which means that non-empty cells in other columns disappear as well...!

Does anyone have any idea??

Thank you in advance for your help.

Jérémie

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello,
By selecting the entire range of cells, and pressing F5, click on "Cells", then choose "Blanks", OK, all the empty cells are selected.
You can then delete them.

Does that meet your needs?
A+ !
