In fact, my problem is that the image I want to use as a background needs to repeat.
Let me explain, I insert an image (among others) into my cell, and I would like it to follow when I drag down (with incrementing). For this, I went into the properties of my inserted image in my cell and checked the option "move and size with the cell," and that's where my problem arises: when I drag down, my formula works perfectly, but my image is duplicated only on the next line, all the following lines only show the result of my formula but not the image...
Is there a specific setting to make my image duplicate across all my rows?

No, I don't see it. If your image fits well in your cell, your cell is incremented.

You close this file and open a blank Excel sheet, resize your cells, and paste an image into an incremented cell to see

When I create a PDF from my workbook, my header image shifts..... so it's no longer good for printing, and I can't print from Excel...

In Excel, you print exactly what you see in the preview, but if you save as PDF, you need to reduce the size of your picture so that it does not overflow from your page selection in Excel; otherwise, in PDF, it will take its exact size, which will cause it to overflow from your sheet, making it look misaligned on the page.
