Change combined name

Hello,

I have a Gigaset A420 trio and want to replace the names of the handsets, currently INT 1, 2, or 3, with the user's first name.
How do I proceed?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Opera 9.80

Answer: the Gigaset A400 software is unable to allow this change, which is accessible elsewhere (notably Philips).

Well, you can still do it from another phone like the C300 for example.

I just added two A420 to my C300A base, and indeed you cannot rename the handset from the A420, but it works fine from a paired compatible phone; I just tried it a moment ago.

Hello, what does that mean? Do you pair the A420 (or A400) with the C300A using the base of the 300A?
And then they keep their new name, even if you use them on their respective bases (and lines)?
