Bonjour, je dispose d'un G6 et un DV6 seuelement sur tout les 2 j'essaye de mettre HP COOLSENSE mais sa refuse au moment de l'instalation ... Les deux pc sont en 64 bits ...

There is a problem with Windows Installer package . A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected . Contact your support personnel or package vendor .

Both Coolsense applications require HP Support Framework to function (but coolsense 2.0 does not require HP Support Assistant)
So please try the following:
Install HP Support Framework: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56878.exe
Reboot the PC
Install Coolsense 2.0
So please try the following:

1) Click start
2) Click run
3) Type %temp% and press enter
4) In most cases, you can safely delete the contents. If you are not sure, copy files or folders to a different location.
5) Delete all files and folders. The ones which you are unable to delete, you can skip.
6) Try the install process again, should work.
