Hello,
I am working on the CCMX Winner accounting software; initially, it was on a network, but now only one person is using it, me. Last November, there was a lightning strike that affected the master computer, and I can no longer access the accounting with the other computers. To save my accounting data, I used floppy disks; unfortunately, this has blocked all my journals, and I can't do anything. Is there a way to cancel this blockage? Thank you for replying quickly.

Good evening,
When you talk about journal blockage, what exactly does that mean? Can you open the ccmx software? And access your accounting folder?
If indeed, your journals are blocked for entry in the software (blue key), you just need to go unlock them by Closing/opening the journals.
Otherwise, please provide me with more details so that I can try to assist you.

thank you for looking into my case. In the meantime, I noticed that by going into input, we could reopen the journals in the way you mentioned. Thank you again and have a good day.
